The story

In honor of my father

LC 1938 was inspired by my father. 1938 was the year that tough man was born: dark of skin and clear of soul. A friend to his friends, an excellent husband and, to me, the best father in the world.

Although you are no longer here with us, Dad, your memory and your lessons live on. This cigar was created in your honor, to keep your memory alive and to share the pride of being your son.

Every band carries the year you were born. In this project is my gratitude for everything you taught me, and for the man you helped me become.

— Luis Cuao
